When TC suggested this place, we were all offbeat about it. But what the heck, all we were doing was to try new places for lunch on the last working day of the week. So 5 of us headed to this place. We just had 1 hr to return back to work as we had a meeting. In spite of this small time line we wanted to go ahead and zoomed on to this place - Uttarkhand Restaurant

Ok, the address would be very confusing, but its on the main road and you are not going to miss that. Its a new hotel and looks very good. While we entered the hotel, we were shocked to see that we were the only ones in that hotel. All the hotel staff came to us and greeted us which was nice. We then had little time to look around the ambience. So we dived straight to the menu and found the pricing to be pretty good. Well’ll since time was the factor we just ordered – Executive Lunches.
In Uttarkhand, Executive lunch comes in as Veg Executive lunch for 99 Rs and NV Executive lunch for 120. The taste was pretty good. You get some salad, bowl of dal, mixed curry, paneer/chicken curry, roti/kulcha, raitha, pulav and a sweet.If you are ordering the meal, don;t order anything else. We ordered a soup and additional roti and had to stuff our selves to complete that.
All in all, its a good place with great tasty food and good value for money.
